Start Your Natural Movement Practice with MovNat

Updated: Sep 7, 2023

There are many ways to start your Natural Movement Practice. The best way to train, hands down, is an immersive event like a workshop, retreat, or certification course. At these kinds of events, you spend one or more full days immersed in the practice and really get a clear impression of what MovNat and Natural Movement training is all about. MovNat is an international organization with trainers and workshop leaders all over the world, so you can probably find an event not far from you.

Aside from these events, there are also many certified trainers offering MovNat classes, and 1-to-1 coaching. I teach MovNat classes in East Toronto, Canada, and I also provide one-on-one and private group coaching, both in person, and online. Please visit the links below for more information on both of these options.

If my location is too far from you for us to realistically train together consistently, you may be able to find someone offering classes or personal training in MovNat in your locale. Click the link below to use the Find-a-Trainer feature on the MovNat website if you need to find someone near you.
