What is a Mobility Training Session Like?

Natural Mobility Training sessions are all about restoring alignment, relieving pain and tension, building a baseline of natural fitness, and exploring deeper levels of fundamental natural movement patterns.
My mobility training sessions have three levels of focus. The first level is very restorative, and the third is more focused on developing natural fitness:
Focus on alignment and relief of abnormal tension and pain by retraining basic patterns.
Establish a baseline for active flexibility, functional strength and movement potential through natural movement training.
Explore locomotive skills. Learn how to navigate increasingly complex environments and progressively more challenging movement patterns,
Generally, the more limited your movement is, and/or the more pain and tension you are managing, the more you need what is in the first level. If you are in good health and want to increase your physical capacity and ability to move freely in everything you do, the third level is going to lead you down that path.
I draw from decades of experience guiding people in learning self-Shiatsu, Sotai exercise, Natural Movement training, Functional Range Conditioning, Parkour, and more. My personal mobility training practice aims to distil a practice that is adaptable for what your body needs at whatever you're going through right now in your life.
My training is not geared for building muscle or losing weight, but rather for improving how you feel in your body, how freely you can move, and your ability to navigate reasonable obstacles that you encounter in daily life and in the physical activities that you enjoy.
