Sotai Structural Alignment Workshop

HEALTH & BALANCE THROUGH NATURAL MOVEMENT
Learn skills that let you take more control of your health & wellness. This workshop integrates self-Shiatsu, a hands-on pressure therapy, Sotai, a movement therapy system for restoring structural alignment, as well as elements from other practices to mobilize the neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hips, ankles, and everything in between, as well as help stimulate optimal internal organ function and support your body's natural healing process. This workshop is about how to repair your body, but also how to help prevent it from breaking down. Learn how to spend as little as 5 minutes a day to make a big difference in how you feel everyday, and help support other efforts you make to maintain vibrant health and prevent weakness and injury.
MovNat Parkour Fundamentals Course
INTRO TO THE BASIC MOVEMENT SKILLS OF Obstacle Traversal
If you feel a bit overwhelmed at the idea of dropping into a random class and trying to keep up, this course will have you learn and explore the basics or Parkour from a MovNat perspective and build the skills from the ground up.
The Parkour skillset mainly emphasizes the domain of locomotion, and is generally characterized in 3 levels; First, traversing obstacles to make your way from point a to point b; Then making that traversal as smooth and efficient as possible; and finally, without sacrificing efficiency, making your way as quickly as possible.
The skills of traversing obstacles mainly include balancing, jumping, vaulting, swinging, climbing, running, quadrupedal movement and rolling. So it’s basically MovNat without the domain of manipulation. From the MovNat perspective we can apply the progressional approach of learning and improving these skills in a way that anyone can find a comfortable “on ramp” to each skill.
By the end of it, you’ll have a clear understanding of the skill set of Parkour, how to progress to more complex variations of each skill, and how to apply them in natural and urban settings.

LEARN THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF NATURAL MOVEMENT
Take the opportunity to experience an immersive full day workshop taught by Ontario's only MovNat Master Trainer. Our one day workshops are designed to introduce you to Natural Movement, and give you the most important basics that you can practice in your daily life. We will focus on areas that need the most improvement and we will teach you routines that you can use and practice at home in twenty or thirty minutes a day. This is a great introduction, as well as a perfect MovNat immersion for those who love and practice it!

MovNat Level Certification Course

The MovNat Level 1 Certification program introduces the fundamental principles, movements and methodology of Natural Movement Fitness. Students learn how to train themselves and others using the MovNat method through home study materials, class lectures, beginner-level practice sessions and competency tests. Whether you’re an enthusiast or an experienced professional, Level 1 is the ideal starting point on your journey to becoming Strong By Nature. All abilities are welcome.
The MovNat Level 2 Certification course takes place the day after the Level 1 ends, and for those who feel up for the challenge, taking both the Level 1 & 2 Certifications together provides a more immersive and intense experience. Purchasing them as a bundle saves you quite a bit of money over doing them one at a time as well.
