MovNat Natural Movement Training
12pm Saturdays
7:15pm Tuesdays
We focus largely on fundamental skill development. Classes involve a warm up, emphasis of a few specific skills, a combo (like a mini obstacle course, or training circuit), and then finishing up with a cool down. The content is scalable and accessible to people of all levels of ability.
Combative/Taijutsu Training
8pm Thursdays
In this class we focus on the fundamentals of striking and grappling, as well as strategic body movement, and philosophy of self-protection. This class is based on the approach of MovNat Combatives, but utilizes the escape and combative skills of Ninjutsu. It is taught by a 5th degree black belt and internationally licensed instructor.
