My 1 to 1 coaching programs provide a personalized approach and additional support to accompany any program on the Playbook App, or a MovNat Online Course. This is a flexible service that can involve monthly or weekly check-ins, and access to Alex for questions and guidance in your progress.

We can also use 1 on 1 coaching session to put together more specific programs that can address specific mobility issues, or areas of abnormal tension and pain. Typically, we would start with a structured program, and then customize it once we see where your strengths and needs lie.

Free Meridian Stretching Guide
A great place to start are the Meridian Stretches. This is a set of 6 simple stretches that restore balance and mobility to body, especially the hips and back. This is one of the practices that I recommend and practice on a daily basis. The time required to integrate this routine into daily life, and the profound effect that such little effort yields makes this one of the most efficient routines to maintain, and only takes 5-10 minutes to work through.

You'll find tons of tutorial videos and other helpful clips to support your practice for free on YouTube. Subscribing, watching, liking, and commenting on new videos is a great way to support Natural Mobility at no cost, and get lots of great content to keep you busy with your practice.

Free Natural Movement Program
This includes a daily mobility routine, as well as 3 training sessions that you can do anywhere with minimal equipment. Everything recommended is linked to a video that demonstrates each movement. This is a great template to use and substitute exercises to tailor it to your personal needs.
