About the Event
Take your practice outdoors and learn how to use your environment as your training facility! These workshops are about building a well-balanced movement practice that integrates the development of mobility, strength, and flexibility, with the practice of natural human movement aptitudes.
We will start with mobility development methods such as stretching and joint mobilization, then follow up with more dynamic practical movement skills such as crawling, balancing, lifting, climbing, safe-falling and more. June's Workshop will spend time focusing particularly on Vaulting, or using your arms to carry yourself over a waist-high obstacle.
