About the Event
Focus on building a strong hang and improving shoulder health. We will explore a variety of skills such as crawling, lifting, throwing, climbing, jumping, and more. The goal is to relieve abnormal shoulder pain and tension, reduce inefficiencies and impractical compensations, and restore what used to be a vital skill to human survival before the excessive sedentarization.
Although this course may be challenging, it is lower intensity, technique focused, and suitable for people of all levels of skill and physical fitness. You will build strength and flexibility in your shoulders, grip strength, a greater feeling of ease when hanging, and a host of excellent exercises you can take home for extracurricular practice.
