About the Event

Course Dates: Saturday May 11th, 18th, 25th, & June 1st

Cost: $80 before May 1st ($100 at the door)

Focus on building a strong hang and improving shoulder health. We will explore a variety of skills such as crawling, lifting, throwing, and joint mobilization including Sotai for structural realignment through neurological reeducation. The goal is to relieve abnormal shoulder pain and tension, reduce inefficiencies and impractical compensations, and restore what used to be a vital skill to human survival before the excessive sedentarization.

Although this course may be challenging, it is lower intensity, technique focused, and suitable for people of all levels of skill and physical fitness. You will build strength and flexibility in your shoulders, grip strength, a greater feeling of ease when hanging, and a host of excellent exercises you can take home for extracurricular practice.
