About the Event
This program integrates self care and mobility development methods such as self-Shiatsu, Meridian Stretching, Sotai, functional conditioning, as well as simple and accessible Natural Movements such as hanging. We will be focusing on the neck, upper back, and shoulder joint. Learning to differentiate between, and segment the movement of the various structures of the shoulder & upper body.
Take home a simple sequence that you can use to develop a balance of strength and mobility throughout your entire range of motion. Discover where your weaknesses fall and how to train to develop those ranges.
Whether you lift weights, play sports, or just have chronic pain and tension in your neck or shoulder, this workshop will teach you how to facilitate the healing of injuries, improve the function of your joints, and prevent injuries from occurring.
