About the Event
This class involves elements of stretching, self-shiatsiu, structural alignment exercise, balance training, safe-falling, and natural movement training.
This offers an active approach to healing and preventative medicine. It involves elements of manual therapy, joint conditioning, and movement efficiency training to restore the body’s natural function. The goal is to make a lasting change through transformation of your posture and movement, as well as your mindset and how you take care of your body.
This class integrates the palpation and assisted stretching of Shiatsu therapy; structural alignment through active movement of Sotai therapy; joint mobilization through guided restorative movement; and the recalibration and reeducation of movement inefficiencies in key natural movement patterns that lay the foundation for imbalances in the first place.
