Mobility training is about developing flexibility, strengthening joints, and unwinding postural imbalances through functional movements.
From the Natural Mobility approach, this involves involves elements of meridian stretching, self-Shiatsu, Sotai structural alignment exercise, and fundamental movements like balance training, and ground movement.
These are tools you can use to restore the body’s natural function. The goal is to make a lasting change through transformation of your posture and movement, as well as your mindset toward movement and how you take care of your body.
