About the Event
This workshop is about developing a balance of strength and flexibility. The focus is on releasing abnormal tension in the body through natural movement and functional training. You will learn key approaches to unlocking your shoulders, arms and legs, and to better articulate your spine from neck, to upper back, to lower back and hips.
We integrate Shiatsu therapy's self-care, Meridian Stretching, Sotai postural alignment exercise, Functional Range Conditioning, and Natural Movement in these workshops to address the body as a whole, as well as learning to distinguish each part segmentally.
