This fun, dynamic, and challenging course is scalable and suitable for everyone while expressing the more physically demanding side of MovNat. The training is designed to be practiced at a higher intensity, yielding more of a challenge to your endurance and cardiovascular capacity.

This course will focus on the skills of leaping, running, climbing, safe falling, and rolling. These skills are vital for efficient escape and evasion in the case of emergencies, and also make for an excellent way to get in shape and develop practical fitness. We will also touch upon other skills outside of the class focus as well. Though higher intensity, we will still very much maintain awareness of the practice and development of good technique.

This is an ideal course for those who are interested in self-defense as the strategy for self defense with the highest success rate is to run like hell! These skills are all those that cross over between Taijutsu (martial arts) and MovNat Natural Movement so it is an excellent course for those with martial arts experience who are interested in getting more into the out-of-direct-combat side of it.
