About the Event

This approach involves simple, instinctual techniques that can be learned in a matter of minutes, do not rely on strength or skill, and take advantage of 3 universal weaknesses of the human body. It involves escaping wrist grabs, body grabs, mounted positions, how to get up from the ground safely when the opponent is standing over you or mounting you and more.

Learn the fundamentals of self defense with the attitude of breaking contact and escaping your aggressor. Violence in real life is a matter of survival. The survival mindset is not "how to fight", but "how to evade, escape, and persevere". This mindset is to break contact, making it difficult to be pursued if possible, and the make your escape.

A practice in Natural Movement skills like sprinting, climbing, jumping, rolling, and vaulting are recommended as a personal practice to develop the second half of your escape, and our training involves the effient development of these techniques as well.
