This workshop integrates self-Shiatsu, a hands-on pressure therapy, Sotai, a movement therapy system for restoring structural alignment, as well as elements from other practices to mobilize the neck, back, shoulders, wrists, hips, ankles, and everything in between, as well as help stimulate optimal internal organ function and support your body's natural healing process. This workshop is about how to repair your body, but also how to help prevent it from breaking down. Learn how to spend as little as 5 minutes a day to make a big difference in how you feel everyday, and help support other efforts you make to maintain vibrant health and prevent weakness and injury.
